GRANT LARKIN is the collective design vision of Elaine Grant and Matthew Larkin. With professional experience spanning 24 years, GRANT LARKIN have always been at the forefront of high-end interior and garden design. In 1983, after graduating with a degree in Fine Arts, Matt set out to hone his design skills in a variety of settings, first gaining experience in furniture design and restoration at Decorative Arts Studio. Four years later, he and his wife Lainie, trained actress and performer, began GRANT LARKIN out of their mutual recognition that an unmet demand existed for quality, timeless and artisan-crafted design. Since that time, GRANT LARKIN has created beauty and whimsy for many New York, New England, and Florida-based clients. Past projects have included both renovations and new construction of in-town apartments, lofts and townhouses, as well as second homes in country and beach settings along the East Coast.

Over the years, GRANT LARKIN has forged close ties with the best architects, builders, dealers and suppliers in the industry, and makes sure each project will be executed according to a client's specifications and wishes, in a seamless, stress-free and highly personalized manner.
